Today Monique came over to sing her new number “Hat’s off.” She also came to retouch some parts on her hit single, “Scarlett Letter.” There is a snippet of it in the radio player. Many folks have been saying that it is her best one yet. Keep an eye out for her stuff.

Sorry for the bad quality photo. Because it doesn’t do the subject justice when it comes to his singing. Usually we don’t look at each other with smiles when he lays down his vocals. But today, for some reason, he sounded like a king. He came to Stillbliss to rerecord one of his numbers called “Hang on Micheline.” And the band he is writing songs for wanted a version with harmonies. And so he came back to stillblissstudios to rerecord his tune. My sister sang some parts, and so did I. But at the end of today’s session we were both enthralled with what the song turned out to be.

Today we worked on one of her songs she wrote called “Scarlet letter.” She was inspired to write this song after reading Nathaniel Hawthorne’s book- The Scarlet letter.

She has a very new and strong voice. She is currently working as a backup singer for the popular Japanese band ‘Exile.’
The session was an awe inspiring one, and we left feeling like “we accomplished something great” The song is still in transit, so I cannot post it on the radio player just yet, but once it’s complete, I WILL post a snippet of it in the MP3 radio player.

Here’s a new band that I HAVE to talk about. They came with their drum set from the nearby base to record. These guys were like so funny, at least one of them. Darry, John & Pat. All total great guys. I was going through a difficult time in my life last year when they came but they are back now and have a myspace here. Check out their song produced by yours truly.

He’s my patna’ in crime and so says his song which was recorded here at stillbliss studios today. This song is dedicated to his wife and their one year anniversary. Cheers to nodogoshi.

今日彼は彼の曲”Inori”をレコーディングしにやってきました。 彼の写真は撮れなかったけど、彼の曲をラジオプレーヤーにアップしました。

Today he came over to record his song called “Inori.” Which in english means prayer.

昨日は飲んで彼の新しい作品”Change”をレコーディングしました。 彼は２つのサイトを作りました。１つはaccoustic songs　２つ目はStudio creations。携帯カメラで写真を撮りました。

Yesterday we drank & worked on his creation called “Change.” He has now two sites which are his accoustic songs and his “other” Studio creations. Here is his picture taken on my humble cellphones camera.

今日は２曲彼の曲をレコーディングして、楽しかったです。８時間セッションの後、彼が500缶のビールとオレンジジュースを買って一緒に飲みました。これらの曲は彼が家に帰った後、彼のマイスペースにアップロードされます。

Today we recorded two of his songs, it was fun. He bought me two 500 ml cans of beer & some orange juice, and then we drank after we finished the 8 hour session.

His songs will be uploaded to his Myspace once he gets back to his house.

Today Jago came to record “Neighbor,” which is in the radio player. Later Chris Larke came to practice as a new band, with all three of us. Ate some dinner from Lawson then started practicing.
