Today is such a happy day…
I have to write about two artists and their songs that I produced here in this studio.
First off is Jago with his new album that you can see below, in honour of his album I have uploaded a special auto tune version of his song, “Drift.”
And secondly Kice came over today to work on his creation produced by yours truly, called “Star ship.” Have a go. the mp3 player is RIGHT on the right.

Larke does it again

Here he is, jammin to one of his tunes. We worked on his creations today which we kinda souped up to make them sound more, well, you could say, funny, but at the same time like a rockstar. He is finalizing his album with incremental steps, to the studio yes, and with each step, makes history. You could say musicians like these come around every day, but I would beg to differ, he has an attitude reminiscent of past tribes, where the urge is strong to grasp ahold of that one lyric that will come back and haunt you for more.

Still Larke
Chris Larke is coming over so much that I have to write another post on him. Last night we recorded voclas for two of his songs. We are going for a more polished vocal sound this time around. He will be coming over for the next few months before he moves to France…Let’s make sure we get this right Chris, before you leave.
I am sure he will finish his album entitled “Going for the pop jugular.” Which will be mastered, recorded, & mixed here in this studio.
Thanks Chris for last nights beer and good times!!

Slingshot Million

They came over yesterday to my studio to rework some magic, that happens most of the time here. We retook vocals for the female singer of this band, as well as retracking bass. The session was a bit light hearted at first, but after a bit of drinks and a lunch break from the nearby convenient store things lightened up a bit. We also took some time just to relax and chill in the studio. After all that IS what a label does. Let’s the clients decide their pace. That’s what we do here in this studio/label.
The band is paying me $450 dollars to produce 3 songs for their single. The song “Go ahead” as well as one more number is written by me. the band in a sense will be promoting my songwriting and melodic talent. They are a punk band from Japan, who are serious in their studio sesion style as well as their paycheck. All recorded, mixed and mastered in Sonar.
They will be coming over to my studio for the next few months perhaps to retrack retake repolish and reconfirm their album, to their liking.
